During the Status Seminar 2025 on Sustainable Land Management in Sub-Sahara Africa, held in Accra, Ghana, researchers gathered to exchange ideas and showcase ongoing work. As part of the seminar, a series of posters were created to present key insights and current progress.

In Northern Benin, pastoralists rely on livestock for food and other products. However, they face serious challenges for feeding their animal due to changes in the natural composition of the vegetation. This poster presents the evaluation results of existing herbaceous species, their biomass and contribution to animal feeds in the context of global challenges.
